5th-8th 3 v 3 Skills Academy
$65 registration. The registration deadline is June 7th. Players that register for both the 3 v 3 Skills Academy and the Fast Break League will receive a Boone Basketball T-shirt.
We can pro rate the cost if your son can not attend every session.

5th-8th grade boys will have 6 total sessions during this session.
3 v 3 SKILLS ACADEMY is a fun fast paced way to play basketball and also work on valuable basketball skills. We believe the 3 x 3 model is the best to develop a player's basketball skills and maximize their growth.
Benefits of 3 v 3: (1) Players have the ball more and get more touches (2) There is more space to play (3) Simplifies the game, enhancing learning and development (4) Easier to learn and play different positions (5) More repetitions of offensive and defensive situations (6) More playing time for each player (7) More decision making opportunities (8) Increase engagement and activity of all players
The players will play 3 v 3 FIBA style games. This is a fun and fast paced way to play 3 v 3. The players will play 10 min games with no break after scoring, no qtrs and no halftime. The first to 21 wins or the team with the high score at the end of 10 minutes will be the winner. There will be very little stoppage and play and the players will get alot of basketball skill work in as well. The players will be put on different teams each week and will be awarded points for each win that they get. At the end we will have a 3 v 3 tournament and champions for each age division.
Note: Skill Development Academy will be held right after the middle school summer performance camp on Mondays in June & July.
